  • Applications are screened to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the position.
  • The most qualified applicants are notified of the time and location of a test and/or interview.
  • Depending on the position and the discretion of the supervisor / manager, a second set of interviews might be conducted.
  • Once the qualified individual has been selected, a job offer is extended.
  • The new hire serves a probationary period.
  • Candidates that participate in the testing / interview phase, and are not selected, are notified upon the conclusion of the recruitment process.
  • Acknowledgments are sent to all applicants after the position has been filled.
